Main raw materials of POF shrinkage film

The main raw materials of the three layer coextrusion heat shrinkable packaging film include LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene), TPP (three yuan copolymerization polypropylene), PPC (two yuan copolymerization polypropylene) and necessary functional additives such as skid agent, anti adhesion agent, antistatic agent and so on. These materials are environmentally friendly and non-toxic materials, processing process and product application process will not produce toxic gas and odor, product health performance in line with the United States FDA and USDA standards, can be used for packaging food.

Production process

The three layer coextrusion heat shrinkable packaging film is made of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and copolymerized polypropylene (TPP, PPC) as the main raw material, adding necessary auxiliaries and coextrusion blow molding process. The process is different from the traditional blow molding process. Because of the poor tensile properties of the PP melt, the traditional blow molding process can not be used. The process of double membrane bubble is also called the Prodi process. It is extruded by different extruders by different extruders. Through the specially designed coextrusion die, it forms the initial cold after the first film, and then the product is heated by two times of blowing and stretching to produce the product.
